OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Kevin Higgins-new Kevin Higgins – FUN

Kevin Higgins

Founder

Kevin Higgins founded THS on the guiding principles of hard work, teamwork, and community. His early work included literally everything from bidding, selling, project managing, hiring, developing, balancing checkbooks (not so much), and traveling all over the country to build THS through his sheer force of will. A charismatic and “happy to get involved” problem-solver, he remains engaged with key functions and clients within THS.

Kevin made a core decision in the early years of THS to structure our business model around keeping our people working close to home. The early employees of THS had to travel a significant amount of the time to serve our clients, but Kevin chose to forego many opportunities in the belief that people needed to be home with their families and involved in their communities more than they needed to win work.

Kevin is a gifted entrepreneur and is always working on new ways to help humanity. His latest endeavor is developing an aquaponic food growth system, combining sustainability with his love for invention. Kevin is passionate about veteran service projects and enjoys spending time in the mountains and beaches of North Carolina with his wife and 2 sons.
