This is where THS leaves competitors in the dust, our team members are all trained and certified in ProCore which is a world-class project management software system. ProCore allows our teams to provide updates and pictures on demand to key stakeholders at the property, management company, and investor levels. This software tracks every aspect of the project from start to finish while allowing stakeholders an inside look at the progress of their current project.
Resident safety should be the #1 thing on everyones mind when dealing with multifamily renovations. Our THS teams go through consistent OSHA training and our own internal training programs to ensure the safety of all THS team members, subs, property management personnel, and residents. Our teams work with property managers to communicate with residents on project progress, times/dates of construction, no go zones, and much more. Our teams also spend the extra time to go over the property with a fine tooth comb to ensure nothing harmful is left behind, for example, after a roofing project, our teams walk the property with large magnets to collect any loose nails/screws.
At THS, our teams are trained on ProEst software which gives the most up-to-date pricing in the industry. This software allows us to predict material costs while minimizing future change orders due to pricing flunctuations and material costs. Our teams use local market data taken from the last couple of weeks to ensure the most accurate pricing possible whereas competitors may use data from years ago.
Even though our name is THS National and we have two national branches that oversee a projects in a dozen states, we still have 12 local branches from Washington DC to Tampa, FL to Nashville, TN. Our branch structure allows us to work national projects across state lines but also local projects in your city with our local teams. This is adventageous because our local teams literally live, work, and play right in your community alongside your residents, staff, and property. They take great pride in their work and ensuring that their local community is the best it can possibly be.
It's not always about pricing and shouldn't always be about pricing. THS are pioneers of creating simple custom solutions for the complex multifamily industry. We view housing as a basic human need and put your residents above all else. Our residents first policy ensure a safe, clean, and happy environment for your paying customers with as little disruption as possible.
