THS NATIONAL EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM
THS National has a major focus on upskilling and training that highly encourages team members to continue their career development. As such, our emerging leaders program identifies a handful of outstanding team members yearly that work directly with our company leaders learning the finer points of our business and to help them move up the corporate ladder.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Once enrolled in the emerging leaders program, our diverse set of directors work one on one with team members to introduce them to a wide range of business functions including: marketing, accounting, business development, recruiting, and much more.
